Last Updated: June 24, 2026 | Governing jurisdiction: Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, India.
01. Scope of Agreement
Welcome to VirtualTax.in (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the Practice”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, food business operators, startup founders, and individuals (referred to as “you” or “user”) who utilize our online portals and consultation services.
By accessing our website, uploading financial files, or submitting inquiry parameters, you formally agree to be bound by both the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use described on this page. If you do not agree, please do not upload any personal identification copies or portal credentials.
02. Information We Collect & Process
To execute statutory filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Income Tax Portal, GSTIN Network, FSSAI FoSCoS portal, and DGFT, we collect and process the following categories of information:
- KYC Identifications: Self-attested copies of Permanent Account Numbers (PAN), Aadhaar cards, passport-sized photographs, and voter IDs.
- Financial Ledgers: Bank current/savings account statements, Tally registers, GST outward/inward invoice registers, and previous year ITR returns.
- Portal Credentials: Username and passwords of target government compliance portals, processed strictly via secure session environments.
- Contact Credentials: Full name, active email addresses, and Aadhaar-linked mobile phone numbers.
03. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
Under the strict code of ethics issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and bar councils, VirtualTax maintains absolute confidentiality of all client data records. We do not sell, lease, transfer, or disclose your corporate ledgers or credential codes to any marketing agency or third-party operators.
Your data is accessed exclusively by the practicing Chartered Accountant, Corporate Secretary, or registered Trademark agent assigned to manage your requested compliance plan.
04. Payment Terms & Price Transparency
VirtualTax is a flat-rate premium CA service practice. All rates published across our GST, GSTR, ITR, TDS, MSME, FSSAI, DGFT, and DSC cards are direct service fees (excluding government portal filing fees, GST stamp fees, or statutory registration taxes unless explicitly stated on the specific cards).
Payment is due in full at the time of booking or upon delivery of the drafted computation summary sheet, prior to the final portal uploading step. Once a file is processed on the official government gateway, all statutory government fees are non-refundable.
05. Limitation of Liability
While our team performs exhaustive reconciliations (e.g., GSTR-2B vs Books, form 26AS/AIS vs ITR-1/2), the ultimate accuracy of the financial parameters provided is the sole responsibility of the client.
VirtualTax is not liable for any late fees, interests, penalties, or assessments issued by government authorities (MCA, Income Tax Department, GST Department, or Custom Portals) resulting from delayed files, mismatched transaction details, or fraudulent document copies supplied by you or your agents.
06. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all commercial transactions on VirtualTax.in are governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, arbitration claims, or litigation proceedings arising from our services shall be subject exclusively to the court jurisdiction in Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, India.
